How does rent to buy work?

The client signs a rent-to-buy contract with the Calasetta Residence Group. This type of contract allows the client to enter into possession of the apartment by paying a monthly rent with the possibility of the asset’s ransom after the second year. In the case of purchase, the fees paid during the lease are deducted from the purchase price agreed in the contract. Our locations are chosen and designed to enhance your investment over the time.
